Loved the boot but problem with the soles

I ordered these boots online because I had purchased a pair in black from another retailer near me in CO 6 months ago and adored them. I wore these grey ones during a trip to England and Cardiff for about a week before the soles cracked and shredded, some pieces falling off in chunks. I'd never seen anything like it in my life, let alone on a several hundred dollar pair of boots. Luckily I had brought a pair of flats to wear but I was super bummed to not be able to use the boots I bought just for this trip. When I got back to the States, I returned them to Nordstrom's in Annapolis, MD while visiting family. The return experience was a breeze! While I was there, I found a pair of the ankle Brujas boots in brown and ordered another pair of the grey in the ankle boot since the taller version was sold out. I love this brand and style and chalk the sole issue up to defective rubber. (FYI: I wear an 8.5-9 and ordered the 39 in both the tall and short boots.) I would definitely buy from Nordstrom's again.

Prosgreat but zippe
Love the boots, however the right one does not unzip. I took into the Murray, Utah store and the sales associate could not get to unzip either. Mason Barnhill advised to order another pair on line and return the ones that do not zip. The ones I ordered online were 249.97 and the ones I ordered in store were on sale for 94.97. I would expect the refund of the online purchase!! I do love the boots just want to have a functional zipper!

Prosthe best boots
I had a hard time to find the right boots for myself. Finally I found these boots. They are the most comfortable and very stylist. I stand all day long for my work without any pain. I love them so much. Thank you Pikolinos!!!

Prosstylish, comfortable
These boots are a winner....I purchased them a week ago and have worn them everyday. They are very comfortable, no need to break them in. Thinking about ordering another color. I went up a 1/2 size usually wear a size 9 ordered a 91/2.
