I love these and consider them a necessary staple in my wardrobe. These are my favorite version, I prefer them to the Control Top, as they have just enough hold to provide a sleek waist smoothing under layer, and a smoother hand than the Eclipse, but they are all excellent choices depending on what you are looking for. I love that these are densely opaque (70 denier) for a pure matte black appearance, without the shadowing around knees and ankles that you get with semi-sheer black stockings. They feel smooth and sleek, and they wear well.
This is my third winter season wearing these tights, and I have stopped buying any others. Fabric is divine and the fit is perfect. Above all, they look great!
These tights are nice and opaque and are comfortable since I was looking for no control top. I haven’t worn them for an extended period of time, however, so don’t know if they will stay up well. In the past I’ve had a problem with Commando underwear rolling down. I have a straight build with slim hips and have my fingers crossed it won’t happen with these tights.
