LOVE LOVE THE SHOE

I was so excited to be purchasing these shoes for my wedding. I'm borrowing a dress so I had the money to spend on these shoes. I LOVE the shoe. Fits perfectly, very elegant. I'm going to describe my experience with the shoes. Pair #1- so excited I received them and they are beautiful! 1 month after I received them (hadn't been worn except to try on) noticed there was a gem missing. Looked at the original picture I took of them and noticed the gem had been missing the whole time. Returned shoes Pair #2- received this pair and upon opening noticed the top of the box ripped, no stuffing inside the shoe and a HAIR STUCK ON THE BOTTOM attached to some sticky piece. I was appalled. I was just sent some stores display shoes (there was an orange sticker on the side that had been partially ripped off). I called nordstroms and the girl who was helping me from my local mall gave me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. She overnighted me a new pair which were in pristine condition.
Overall, I love the shoe but was unhappy with 2/3 of the products I received. The customer service from my representative from my local mall was 6 stars but I was frustrated because I hardly spend 50 dollars on shoes let alone 800.
A classic beautiful shoe... I love these pumps! When I have an event where I know I will be on my feet a lot and maybe even some dancing these are my go to shoes. They come in many colors and materials.

I have loved these shoes since that episode where Carrie has them stolen at a child's birthday! Now with my wedding approaching I feel fabulous in my silver Manolos. They're comfortable, feminine and true to size (I'm an 8 US). The perfect wedding gift for myself.
I love these shoes. My husband got me the silver leather version for me for Valentines Day. He got me a US 8.5( I normally wear a US 8 or 8.5 depending) and they are slightly big I am able to wear them though and find them comfortable, but probably would have been just as well off in the 8. The leather is very supple(which I love) so I think it makes them more accommodating then a stiffer leather or fabric shoe. They look great with pants or skirts and are comfortable. These shoes are fun for a night out or functional for running around getting things done( no need for short strides in these one can actually walk in them).
