Appears to be a structured bag but is far from it.

Although I kept this bag...it does not have the structure I had hoped for. Very floppy and it is a nightmare trying to find items in it because the bottom has no structure either. When it falls over (and it will) your stuff will fall out too. The shoulder straps are just short enough to make it awkward to carry. Disappointed for sure.
