I loved this tote. I used it all the time, it went with everything, it looked cute. BUT, it started to fall apart in less than a year. I never throw my bags around, I'm very careful with them. Yet the handles started to peel and the corners on the bottom started to rip. Really sad that I had to take it back. I exchanged it for something else but it's just not the same. I loved the tote so much. I'll have to find something else I like.

Super cute bag . I use it at least twice a week depending on how much I have to carry out the house . I am very disappointed with the quality of this bag. It is really cute and stylish but I must agree with the other two ladies . I thought I was the only one experiencing this problem. I barely Carry this bag and I only had it for a few months and the straps are coming apart terribly . I hate to return it because I do love the bag . The rubber and other material is peeling off and I hate it ! I heard so many great things about the bag prior to purchasing. Quality needs improvement .

This bag is exactly what I expected! Great size (enough room for everything, not that you'll put everything in it). I have to hide it from my daughter..lol

I received this beautiful bag as a gift for my birthday in January and have used it ever since, as it has made me enjoy mommy-hood discreetly (it's doubled as a diaper bag).
It has been amazing thus far.
However... It is now September and the handles are falling apart miserably. I have never seen patent leather become so destroyed in a matter of 7 months.
I'm really sad because I'll probably return it. My heart breaks knowing Tory Burch bags fail at quality/durability. I have several designer bags that have similar leather straps and they have not fallen apart after several years of use.
Regardless, it is a beautiful bag... I guess I had higher hopes for it's longevity.
