Bought these when the pants from a vest/pant/tie set I purchased elsewhere did not fit. Cannot believe the difference in quality. These pants are made of beautiful fabric, hang nicely and fit my seven year old boy perfectly in the waist. They are a little long but I quick hidden hem on the sewing machine and I hope he can wear again for his first eucharist in the spring. Should have just bought these in the first place.

Nice dress pants, but they are huge! The fabric feels like good quality suiting material and the overall look of the pants is very classy.

My grandson is a normal sized boy and is 12 years old. I originally bought him a size 16 in these pants. They fit tightly and had no growing room at all. He couldn't breathe in them. So we returned them for size 18. Again, the length was good and they fit perfectly but there was no room to grow even an inch. We returned them again for a size 20. These fit perfectly but are a little too long. I can have these hemmed at Nordstrom so that isn't a problem. My grandson wears a size 16 in everything so these pants run very small. The quality of the pants is very good and they look great on him but buy a size or 2 up if you want them to last a season or longer.
