If your boy is average size, not slim, recommend going with the Husky size. My son is a regular size 10, so we ordered a 10 husky and a 12 regular to see which one fit better, based on other reviews. Neither was a great fit, though the 10 Husky came closer...we are ordering a 12 husky and returning the others. The jacket, though, is constructed very well and looks nice.

We ordered a size 20 even though my son wears size 18 pants because the website recommended ordering one size up. Good suggestion! It fits perfectly.
