Proscomfortable
I loved everything about these jeans, the color(blue/black), the cuts, and the material. But, it runs too large, particularly on the waist. I ordered 2P. Ordinarily, the size should be o.k. for me. Sadly, I had to return.

Prosgood quality
These jeans are well made with slightly stretchy, but also sturdy, denim fabric. But for me, a slim-leg pant just doesn't fit off the rack. I used my Nordstrom alterations credit to have them fixed, and they are better, but still not perfect. The waist sits just below my natural waist, which would be okay, except that the pant waist is too big for me, no matter where it falls. I had it taken in about 6 inches, and it still could be pulled in more. The slim legs needed to be let out, and still they are tighter than I'd like. I think these pants would fit most people very well. My fitting problems are unusual, and my best solution is either to make my own pants or restrict myself to wide-leg styles.

I love the fit of these pants. The cut is more full and does not cut you in half. I order my usual size and love the fit.

NYDJ Marilyn style

Proscheaper fabric
I own several pairs of NYDJ. Before I ordered these jeans I called to inquire about the thickness of the fabric. I was told they are all the same thickness unless you purchase the "lightweight" style. I prefer the thicker fabric and when I received these jeans they were much thinner fabric than expected. I will not order these again and may change brands. I am disappointed that the quality has gone downhill.
