It's a very pretty color more like an eggplant color. I go between large and 1x. I bought large, fits fine. Good for low 70's and high 60's weather.

I own four of these now, I like it that much. It's the best and easiest layer and goes with so many things - jeans, leggings, etc., not to mention incredibly soft and cozy. Now that I'm about to be a mom I have a hunch they will be great for nursing as well.

Love this Cardigan! Nice & warm, but not too bulky. Perfect true to size fit for me. If in between sizes you might want to size down. I love that I can wear it with anything, it can be dressed up or dressed down.
