I am petite and the length is good. Sleeves are on the tight side I am going to wear with a matching tank. Long sleeve tee would be uncomfortable underneath. My arms are average sized. Also it wasn't asymmetrical on me , when buttoned the button is right in the middle on me which is a bummer. I don't think I could go up or down a size. I will just wear it unbuttoned with a long necklace or scarf. Probably won't order anymore due to above issues.
