I ordered a large, that is what I usually wear, but it was too big. I switched it out for the medium. I wasn't quite sure what I would be getting because of the fleece wrap name, but was really happy to find it is like a stylish sweatshirt with the soft fuzzy fleece inside. The first time I wore it out 4 different women stopped me to ask me where I got it.
I originally bought this in mink and went on to buy heather dark storm and heather charcoal. It is SO soft and comfortable, I don't know how I didn't have this in my life before. It looks cute buttoned and unbuttoned. I'm 5'3" 125lbs and got my usual size, a small, and it fits great. I can't say enough good things about this cardigan!
