The material is very thick and soft and has a very high-quality feel to it. Some reviews say it runs big but for me it was pretty true to size - I would normally purchase a medium but because of the reviews went with a small. It fits, but the sleeves are just long enough.
I love this sweater! I bought this wrap cardigan in navy fleece and it is so cozy I've already worn it 3 times in the one week I've owned it! The sweater fits perfectly and goes with just about everything. Also, the angles of the fabric hide anything you don't want seen! I can say with confidence, this sweater looks as beautiful as it feels as I've had so many positive compliments! I actually bought this sweater in fleece because I have loved the two non-fleece versions I already own in black and cream. Now I'm contemplating buying a second fleece version and know just the color I want, the same as I bought for my daughter after she said how much she loved mine!
