i purchased the one-minute purifying enzyme peel after i had tried the 2-step microdelivery peel, and i wish i would have tried this one first! i love this, it is not messy or harsh on my skin (unlike the first step in the 2-step peel, which i find very abrasive), and delivers great results! my skin feels much softer, smoother, more radiant, and i've noticed a huge improvement in the tone and texture of my skin since using this. hands down one of my favorite philosophy skincare products!

i use this peel mid-week and the vitamin c peel on sunday because i love the refreshing smell of it. the first time i used this it started to burn and i had to take it off in less than a minute. But my skin has adjusted and i use it for at least 3 minutes now. i think it makes my skin feel just like the two step peel in less time.

i wanted to love this product because i love the microdelivery vitamin c peptide peel, and thought this would be a more efficient peel for me to use when i'm pressed for time. although i realize every sensitve skin type is different, this product wasn't compatible with my sensitive skin. Even though i had heard this peel was gentle enough for all skin types, i felt a strong burning sensation when using, and also saw skin irritation afterwards. i thought i may have left it on my skin too long, so i waited a week before giving it another shot. the next time, i applied the product to slightly wet skin, and left it on for only a few seconds. i still felt a slight burning sensation, and my skin was visibly red. unfortunately, this product just doesn't work with my skin. seems like a great product, but might not be best for sensitive skin types. i'm happy, though, to stick with the microdelivery vitamin c peptide peel, which works perfectly for me.
