I wore this to a wedding and I was happy with it however so was another guest of the wedding! But it was a big event so we blended in. I have larger breasts so if you want the girls to hang out make sure you get a deep v bra or go bra-less. It looked good though! I would recommend this dress. The fabric is nice and kind of stretchy and the ruffles around the neck was more subtle than in this picture.
