I have only had these boots for about a month, but so far I love them! I have worn in the rain, but nothing that would really provide a challenge to test the boots. I've always had "athletic" calves, and find these boots very comfortable.
Beautiful boot. Ordered in a 7M and 7W. There was no difference at all. The calf was still a bit snug to zip up. Might have stretched and been easier and the elastic eased but don't want to take a chance. Returning them. Spectacular customer service from Nordstrom's rep though.

Love these boots! Super comfortable and really perfect for my wide calves. I have 17 inch calves and these fit really nicely.

I have very wide calves and feet, so to find a fashion forward yet well fitted boot can feel like the impossible dream. These are a bit expensive but for 100% leather plus waterproofing and the previously mentioned great fit, I don't mind spending the money. The soles look as if they will be great in slippery situations like ice and snow too. I've worn them twice all day and they are comfy plus cute and not at all clunky. I'm already entertaining the idea of purchasing another pair in the brown color in addition to the black ones I already have.
