I recently purchased these boots and I love them! they are so comfortable and look great. I dont want to take then off! I would recommend these boots if you have wide calfs they fit perfect to the size . Thanks Nordsrtom!!

I have been looking for a pair of black riding boots for some time. Specifically looking for boots that had tread on the bottom (I live where it snows 400+ inches a year) but still were stylish to wear out and about. Even though I don't think my calves are fat (15") most of the boots I have tried in the past fit but I cannot wear anything tucked in -- so, what is the point?! These boots are PERFECT! They look great, fit perfect and have the traction I need. I wore them while walking a lot in Las Vegas this past weekend and am wearing to work today where it is snowing at side. I have already received quite a few compliments and I have only had these boots a week! Definitely would recommend to anyone who asks! Thanks!

This boot is comfy. I put them on and wore them 8 hrs the first day. I have huge calves. slim ankles and a size 10 foot. I cannot tuck pants in but I don't care-I wanted to have these with dresses and skirts. I am happy. The leather looks a little fake- but it is not and I know it.

I was so glad to find these. Having shorter, curvy legs it was great to find a boot that was comfortable, classy and weatherproof - huge plus! They needed no break-in time whatsoever and no spray, etc to waterproof. Very happy with these, though I do wish they came in a brown as well.
