I think these boots are terrific, but I live in the south and underestimated how much these are meant to be outdoor boots. Just a little too clunky for my taste, however, they did fit my athletic calves! If you live in a snowy or wet climate, and need an indoor-outdoor boot, this is the boot for you.

Description says leather upper it doesn't seem like its leather. I have a wide calf and the boot fit great so I decided to keep them
I was thrilled to find my box of Blondo Black Books outside my door. I tried them on immediately and wore them to work that day. I had previously tried them on at a store and marked down the size and style number. I ordered on line at NORDSTROM.COM and even saved a couple bucks. The boots fit like a glove and are so comfortable. I hate all the crowds at the malls this time of year and I love to have a hasstle free shopping alternative.
