I was searching for a liner that was soft enough to go on smoothly (have those olderbutwiser eyes that need a kinder, gentler liner) but doesn't smudge all over the place during the day. This is it! Very easy to apply and the other end softens the line. You can "sharpen" the pencil by holding between a tissue and gently turning it. Sets in a couple of minutes and not a single smudge all day. So happy with this purchase.
