Great product, especially for sensitive skin and allergies. Very moisturizing and have purchased this product many times. The reason I am writing this review is about the promised 2-day shipping for Nordy members. It took 8 days to receive this item. I tried contacting customer service twice and got disconnected. I supposed you can blame a lot on covid, but don’t make false promises Nordstrom! I have been very disappointed with the Nordstrom shopping experience lately. Sadly, I know you can do better!
