I wear this as both a base under polish or just as a stand alone layer. The color is perfect to cover my yellowed nails, it makes my nails appear a very lovely natural healthy looking color. Since I've started using it, as my nails are growing out, they are not yellowing so badly when I wear dark polish.

I've gone through almost a whole bottle of this stuff! Not only is it great for smoothing out imperfections, the polish adheres to it really well and the color nice and neutral- you could throw a top coat over it and wear as-is!
