I use this as a base coat under my polish. It helps keep my nails healthy and since I started using it under my polish, my polish seems to last longer. I also use the Hardwear over the top of my polish.

nails were weaker

after buying this twice & really giving it a couple of weeks, I returned it. My nails actually became weaker if that is possible.
