I am petite (short & chubby), i ordered a regular 6 coz i don't want a skirt above the knee-- it fits me perfectly . Love the color (plum), material & make of this dress but still think its overpriced

Zipper Seam impossible

I ordered two different sizes and both could have worked however the zipper was too difficult to zip up over the seam. Didn't want to deal with that every time I was going to wear it.
I bought this dress as a bridesmaid dress for my cousins wedding. It fits very true to size with the exception of the shoulders, they are a bit snug (or I just have large shoulders). I will not have to alter the dress which is nice, and since I preferred the length to be a bit shorter I went with the petite version - this is a nice option to have. The dress is a bit more conservative that I imagined from the photos. It seems to look better on the women in the wedding party with longer legs as the length is a bit awkward on the shorter people - go with petite sizing if you can.
I ordered up one size as suggested and the dress fit great, but the skirt was just too full for my liking so I will return it. (I'm 5'2", so it just overwhelmed me) The skirt laid more flat in the picture, but on me it was very puffy and had a bit of a 50s housewife look. However, the color was beautiful. I ordered the green and it was a lovely dark emerald/forest green.
