Did i say I love this dress?! Omg, I got so many compliments on this dress at my sis' wedding. Out of the 3 dresses that I bought, I chose this one and returned the other two...abd couldn't be more happier! I'm 5foot and 137lbs, i'm usually a size 6P but had to get one size up 8P because the belt part was kinda snugg and ziipper won't close. But other than that, dress was really beautiful, no need to wear a body shaper to hide those unwanted fats lol. I paired it with a black open toe shoes and it look so cute!
I normally wear a size 10 or 12 but am big busted. Based on the reviews I ordered a 12 and a 14 - neither of which fit in the bust area. The hubs held it together so I could see how it would look if it zipped up. Really flattering. I love the length as well. I'm 5'5" and it hit right at the knee. I was pleasantly surprised by the fabric at this price point too. I plan on reordering in a larger size.
I first saw this dress on Nordstrom's website but wanted to try it on before purchasing. So, I went to the store the next day. The dress was awesome. Not only did I have to go down a size but the dress had pockets. It fits really well. It is so flattering. The only minor problem is it is a little snug in the shoulders. Since the color I wanted was not in the store, the young lady working that night ordered it for me and had it shipped to my house. It arrived within a few days and it was packed so well (not crumpled up). Can't wait to wear next month at my niece's wedding!
I bought this dress in the eggplant and the green and had a tough time deciding which color to go with, but eventually went with green as I was wearing to a wedding over the holidays. Dress is true to size and a flattering fit in the bust and waistline. There are pockets on the side which I loved as well. Would highly recommend this dress!
