I love this dress and it is very cute. BUT the waist band is simply too small. I am normally a 12 and had to go up to a 16 to get the waist right but in going up in size the fit of the sleeves and shoulders was all wrong. If you have a small waist and are normally a 12 I'd say you could order a 14 and be very happy. The staff at the store said this was a common concern with this dress.
