not what i expected

Given the price and the brand, I expected this foundation to feel luxurious but the results were not quite so. The foundation burned my eyes all day long, must of been some kind of allergic reaction, and the coverage is very light. Dries fairly quickly so I had a hard time blending it. Returning.

Prosmoisturizing, natural
Tried this because it has been very highly rated on several cosmetics review websites. The coverage is medium (but can be built up )& the finish slightly dewy. This foundation is best for normal or dry skin The fragrance is nice but honestly I prefer products without scent. It goes on nicely with both fingers & a foundation brush

This foundation is sheer and gives the skin a glow. Love it! Paired it with the Burberry sheer press powder and still couldn't tell I had on makeup.

Positives of this foundation include: having a beautiful finish (almost light reflecting) in all the right places, can layer for coverage needs, does not dry out skin
Negatives of this foundation include: Although the description states that it has UV factors, no where on the bottle or package does it say anything about SPF. I's 2015, amongst all the things a foundation can offer (anti-aging, firming, photo-finish, etc.), it should offer SPF at the very least. The product does not last all day and another layer will need to be applied after work before going out.
If you have you have pretty flawless skin and are looking for light coverage, this is ideal. However, if you have anything that you want to cover and/or even out- dark spots, a pimple, splotchy skin tone- this is not the foundation for you.
The foundation has a flowery scent that some might find bothersome, but it fades away. I am not sure this is worth the price, as there are plenty of other high quality foundations available that offer far more. I won't repurchase this after I finish the bottle.
