My favorite eyeshadow

Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting, beautiful
I recently purchased four colors of this eyeshadow--Gold Pearl, Lavendar Blue, Trench No. 2, and Rosewood. This is my very favorite powder eyeshadow. It is subtle, elegant, and beautiful. And it lasts all day long. I plan to throw away all of my other eyeshadows. I am a huge fan of Burberry makeup. The look is so natural.

I read some great things about Rosewood, and it was all true. I hesitated and kept thinking about whether I really wanted this eyeshadow but in the end I am so happy I bought it. It's perfect. It's a little darker on me than Karlasugar's swatch, but I am in love with the look. Now I will definitely purchase Midnight Brown and Pale Barley whenever it is back in stock. Really happy with the purchase.

Burberry Trench sheer eyeshadow

It's been kind of hit or miss with this since I can only order them online; the Nordstrom store near me doesn't carry them. I love this color, Trench. It's just a very natural shade so it evens out my eyelid perfectly. It also works great to highlight. Sometimes I just wear it alone with mascara if I'm in a hurry. I also tried antique rose and almond for the crease and those colors didn't work out for me. I purchased Chestnut which I like a lot and will write a separate review for that. These shadows are expensive but I do feel they're worth the cost. The go on very smoothly, not like any other shadow I've tried. You can control how much color you want from very sheer to more pigmented. They last all day and stay right where you put them. I am sensitive to a lot of products but these eyeshadows don't bother me at all.
