This was my first Burberry Beauty purchase. The Pale Barley color is gorgeous. It's an every day neutral, but is not dull or boring - there is just enough shimmer to make it special. ( no sparkle or glitter!) The formula is buttery smooth with minimal fallout. Thinking of trying Rosewood next.

Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting
I wear make up everyday and have tried so many brands. This is by far the best eye shadow I have tried.

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting
I have a few shades of these eyeshadows, but I want to specifically write about one, No. 22 Pale Barley.
Pale Barley is hands down, my favorite eyeshadow out of any brand I have ever tried (I have quite a bit of makeup). It's the perfect light neutral brown with a complex golden pearl sheen. It has the softest shimmer with no trace of glitter. I've never come across an equivalent shade in another line. It's the only eyeshadow I've ever come close to finishing (no mean feat since you get a generous amount). It has become a cult classic for a reason.
I have nothing bad to say about any of these eyeshadows. They have great staying power, blend like a dream, and have gorgeous texture. Other favorites include Trench, Midnight Brown, Rosewood. Recommended and worth the price.

I purchased the Midnight Brown Sheer Eyeshadow after watching a Burberry tutorial. This color is gorgeous. The texture is smooth, buttery and blends easily. I also purchased Chestnut and the ever popular Pale Barley. These colors are also fabulous. I can't wait to try more! I enjoy makeup and count many brands as favs - MAC, Nars, Smashbox to name a few. Burberry has also produced a very high quality product and has quickly become the brand I reach for most.
