Proslengthening, defining, volumizing, natural looking, remve w coco oil, not waterproof
I wear glasses, so it manages to smear under my eyes, even if I only apply to UPPER lashes (hence, 4 ☆). But, I have this problem with pretty much all mascaras (even waterproof), so since I like THIS mascara, I don't mind as much and just make sure to check myself in the mirror every 2 hours or so. Apparently, glasses-wearers are just doomed to forever have "racoon eyes", especially in the spring/summer! I LOVE the brush, and I often wear mascara as my ONLY makeup - oh, and eyebrows, because as a redhead, mine are invisible lol. I DO WISH it came in Brown-Black, to better match my coloring, but after trying hundreds of mascaras in my almost 43 yrs, I'll take a great formula - anytime! I've even tried other Bare Minerals formulas and got this in one of the kits, and FELL IN LOVE with it!
HINT: when I was a "beauty consultant" for the "pink Cadillac" group, I learned some really great ways to take care of and best use beauty products. NEVER "PUMP" the wand brush into the mascara tube! Not only does it load the brush unevenly, but it pumps air into the paste, exposing it to extra bacteria and the air DRIES it out much more quickly! So, after unscrewing the wand, "swirl" it in the tube and then pull it straight out. If there is any extra goop on the brush or very tip, scrape it off inside the top lip of the tube. Make sure not to get it onto the threads of the top of the tube; ithe can "seal" the tube closed, in addition to it drying and flaking off each time you open it. Doing these things will help make your mascara longer!

Not What I Was Expecting

I was eager to try a new mascara and was looking for one that would leave my lashes soft. This was not that mascara. It was clumpy and did not feel silky going on. The search continues.
