My Sales Lady & My New Tuxedo

Proshugo boss tuxedo, shirt/tie combo
I would like to take this opportunity to applaud Nordstrom for the outstanding help that their sales personnel provided me with. My sales lady, Ms. Dianne Weiner was EXCEPTIONAL in helping me select the tuxedo along with matching the new shirt and tie combo as well as the shoes that made the entire tuxedo outfit superb. Dianne was extremely patient with all my questions ( suspenders or belts, tie or bow tie, etc. ) as well as the many fittings that I insisted on to get it perfect ! Whenever Dianne set a time for a fitting, she made sure that she would be there to advise me and would not leave until I was satisfied. Dianne also introduced me to Mr. Manuel Naulaguari who did all the alterations and was equally very patient as well as professional. This tuxedo outfit was my first major purchase at Nordstrom and Dianne provide me with a most pleasant experience ! I will certainly ask for her assistance in any future purchases that I make and would suggest to anyone who is shopping in the Men's Clothing department at Nordstrom's in the Freehold Mall to seek out Ms. Dianne Weiner for assistance and expertise advice when needed.
I shopped at several stores for a nice tuxedo at a reasonable price. This Hugo Boss was perfect. The salespeople were very helpful and the tailoring was expertly handled.
From the second I met my personal shopper Robin I felt cared for and that I was in the hands of a professional. I was in the market for a new tuxedo and needed it in a week. She whisked me to a fitting room and within minutes had me trying on five tuxedos. With her suggestions, we narrowed down the choices and we selected the most appropriate tuxedo for me.
She didn't have my ultimate size, but no worries, one was tracked down by her in another store and within two days it was in. The seamstress tailored my tuxedo and it was ready on time. I looked smashing for the event according to my wife.
An irreplaceable experience. Thank you Nordstrom's, Robin and Hugo Boss!
