I've noticed since using this product that my lashes appear thicker for two reasons. They are less likely to break and fall out. Plus the mascara looks more refined rather than clumped. I'm on my second tube and plan to continue using it. It also outlasts a tube of mascara.
This product is well worth the money. It is fabulous. I wore it at an outside wedding, with 103 degree temperature. My eye lashes stayed curled. Didn't wilt like most do. Absolutely the best primer I have ever used. A Must have for all beauty regiment.

I have tried several mascara bases by designer brands and have been terribly disappointed. This mascara base by Shiseido will not disappoint. It is the best I have found. I have straight lashes that go down and when you curl your eyelashes and apply this base, it sets your curl. It is like hairspray on your lashes. It will not lose its curl. When you apply mascara, your lashes stay curled. It is amazing stuff. I could never, ever be without this product. Have used it for years. Don't bother trying another brand; this one is simply the best. When I use this with mascara, my lashes are long and curly and are very visible. Love this product and you will too!
I bought this because I wanted a clear mascara that would just enhance my own lashes. This product dried with a white base to it. Not what I was looking for.
