I love this product. It makes my eyelashes appear thicker and easier to apply mascara. It helps my mascara stay put and my lashes stay curled and looking freshly done. If I had any negative feedback it would be I have not found a remover/cleanser that takes it off easily yet. Still looking as this with my Charlotte Tilbury Fat Lashes is a winner for me.

Perfect combination for beautiful lashes! Wonderful mascara base which truly enhances my thin eyelashes, when used in combination with my mascara! A noticeable difference. A make-up staple in my daily routine.
I have been using this for years. This mascara base is great ! It locks my lashes curl all day until I take off my mascara at night. I've tried many high brand mascara base, but they did not work as good as this. Shiseido mascara base is the BEST !

At first, I didn't notice anything great about this, but then I realized what I was doing wrong. After you apply this base, let it dry for the best result. It made my lashes appear more voluminous and longer. I also think it helped prevent/reduced my mascara from smudging under my eyes.
When it dries, it does make my lashes feel stiff, but I'm fine with that. I've noticed that my lashes have appeared a tiny bit longer, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this base.
Suffice to say, I'm very happy with this product and am buying a backup.
