I had to return this product because of the construction of it. I opened it and my hands were painted black. I had trouble opening it as well..

I have to return it but this thing doesn't stay put. After 2~3 hours, couldn't even tell that I applied eyeliner. So if you have oily skin, this eyeliner may be not right for you.

The Best Eyeliner

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting
I have been using this Shiseido eyeliner for more than 2 years and it is the best eyeliner out there. It is easy to use even if you just start to use one, the line is sharp and beautiful, and it lasts all day. I recommend the black color, it's fabulous!
