I put them on the first time, it was a little tight but now they slip on and make me feel slim. My clothes fit better and I feel slimmer like a whole size, I even see some cellulite reduction. I wear them religiously hoping they continue to minimize my cellulite even more. I love them.

I ordered the large because I'm normally a size 10-12. The pant didn't even go up my tight. So I can offer any more info other than purchase it 2-3 sizes larger than your own size.
After looking at the item in person--I'm a little skeptical about it's claims.
