A thin line pen. I can make a clean elegant cat eye quickly. The liquid dries quick too.

Proseasy to blend, easy on precise
Glides on smoothly and evenly with precision. Good deep color. No smudging, although have noticed a little fading. All in all great product and I like it better than Stila.
