I have been wanting this purse for over a year now and finally caved it and got it. I'm so in love. The saleslady was nice to let me unpack my old purse directly into the Marc Jacobs so I could use it immediately. This purse is so classic and will always be in style. My hubby is thrilled that I got a better quality purse than my previous ones.

I was torn between the Hillier and the Fran tote. I decided on the Hillier. It is perfect. I was concerned that the handle was not long enough to put on my shoulder, but it fits great. It is also not too long to hold the handle by the hand, I'm 5'6". The only things I can complain about is the size of the interior zip pocket. In all of my other purses I put my checkbook in there. This pocket is too small for it. Otherwise, I'm completely in love with my new bag!
I was looking for a black purse and found it! This is perfect for traveling as well as running errands. I love that I can also use it as a cross body bag; I'm 5'4. My ipad will fit inside nicely and it just has a great classic look! Well made, soft leather, nice gold detail. Perfect for going from daytime to evening events.
