My bridesmaids are going to wear this dress in the navy color - the ruching is very flattering. My bridesmaids all said this is actually a dress they could wear to other occasions. And can't beat the price!

I wanted to love this dress soooo badly.
The green color is the kind of true emerald that I've been looking for for nearly 10 years now, and the fabric is great (though I found the difference in the rouching between the bust and the rest of the dress a little pointless).
And the sizing guide was accurate: in my case, depressingly so.
I'm petite (5'2" and 114lbs), but very much an even hourglass in figure: a precise 34/25/34. This dress, however, is very clearly made for women with smaller busts and larger buttocks.
My conundrum: my butt and breasts are about the same size. It was frustrating that even the size 0 measurements were too small for my hips and waist, while my bust measurements weren't met until the size 4. I ordered a 2 hoping things would even out a little but the dress just looked as if I had borrowed someone else's party dress at the last minute.
I would not recommend this dress to anyone with an even hourglass or more straight figure, or for anyone short in stature. In general, the dress is very long for what looks like a cocktail sheath: on me, it hit well below the knee, making me look even shorter.
