After reading so many glowing reviews on this dress, I thought it was important to point out that the majority that rave about the fit describe themselves as "hourglass, curvy or pear."
As someone with a medium sized bust (34C) and especially narrow through the hips, this dress did not fit well. I ordered a size 4 and could barely squeeze my chest in the top of the dress. Meanwhile, the bottom was large and almost flared out in the hips. If you don't have hips, it does look A-line, as another reviewer pointed out. Given that ruching should be tight, it creates a very awkward silhouette that can only be fixed by some very serious altering.
On a separate note, I found the fabric to be very cheap and unappealing, but I suppose that is a matter of taste.

Lovely, but not the colour in the photo

I bought this dress in the Fushia colour as I already own it in the black and love it. Unfortunately it's not quite the colour pictured in the photo online. It's a little brighter, and flatter than I expected.
The colour pictured is more of a Fushia come Raspberry, and the dress that arrived is more of a hot pink, slightly on the neon side.
In the photo it sort of looks a little shiny, a little more taffeta like in material, but in fact it's more sheer and chiffon like the description does say, but that also makes the dress flatter and it doesn't pop as much as it appears to in the photo.
It's still a lovely dress. Fits true to size - I ordered a US size 6, perhaps came up a little smaller in the bust than the black does, but I'd still say it was a true size 6.
It's just I wanted it to look like it does in the photo and it doesn't quite match up. So I will be returning it.

This is a pretty dress. I tried to use the fit guide to determine my size but kept coming up with a size 10 (I'm usually an 8). I decided to go and try it on and I'm glad I did. I was a size 6 which delighted me! I don't need to wear a bra as it's very form fitting and I don't have a large bust. The fabric can pull if snagged on something. I ordered it online so I didn't buy the one everyone had been trying on. I could wear it again to a cocktail party.

Really cute dress! Beautiful/light fabric and the blush color is a nice tone, not too pink. Only complaint is the lack of structure in the bust, as a D cup it's not very supportive/will definitely need to have it altered to stay put.
