I bought this as my wedding dress in Ivory, and it is PERFECT for the kind of semi casual wedding we are having in September in Texas. It's a really good quality. Even though I got it on sale, the price point was excellent, and I would have paid full price for it if I needed to. For my body type, the dress was very flattering. I can wear things anywhere from a size 2 to a size 6, depending on the cut and material. This material does not have a lot of give to it, so I would recommend ordering a size up if you are unsure. The 6 ended up fitting me like a glove, and the folds in the material hid my tummy problem area. I lost a lot of weight over the last few years and I have some loose skin in my tummy and thighs. You can't even tell in this dress. I'm only 5'2'', so it does hit the bottom of my knee, but I am very comfortable with this length. If you are short, you may want to count on needing to have it altered, but that's not anything new. I ordered the regular length for this reason. I would rather have it too long and need to shorten it, than have it too short and have to return it or live with it and be uncomfortable. I'm very pleased.

I recently received this dress to wear for a bridesmaids dress for an upcoming wedding in May. The perfect phrase I can use to describe this dress is just "mehhhh". It's just kind of boring. Nothing really special about it. And it DEFINITELY runs large. I'm 5'10 and about 145 pounds and am usually somewhere between a 6 and an 8. I ordered the 8 just to be safe and it was HUGE in certain places. I am a 34D and the area around the bust was gigantic. There was no way I could wear it without getting it altered. There was also a lot of extra fabric around the hip area. I would have just returned it for a size 6, but then I think the strap around the waist would have been too tight. So I ended up spending over $100 to have it altered to make it wearable. The quality of the dress was very good, it just seems like the sizing is really off.
