Proseasy to blend
Bloggers were raving about this color, "Chameleon" but I found it unremarkable on me. At this price point, I would have to LOVE the shade in order to keep it. The texture is great. Color pay-off didn't seem to be as great as purported but this could be this particular shade.

Same Quality found in other brands

I hate to give it only two stars but truly it is not worth the money. I did swatches and it seemed to me that these are similar to any other kinds of brand such as estee lauder, mac. The pigmentation is okay and the smoothness is great but its not all that like people raved about.

Uber Gorgeous

Proseasy to blend, long-lasting, easy to build, easy to layer, finely nuanced, creative
I have several of LMdB's single eye shadows as well as several Kaleidoscope palettes. They are all comprised of silky smooth, finely milled pigments that can be worn alone or combined in myriad ways as befitting LMdB's legendary layering technique. The colors are finely nuanced and made to blend one into the other for beautiful and interesting color combinations or layered one on top of the other to create unique and unusual colors. When you visit the counter, be sure it's actually the LMdB SA/MA who is helping you. She has been trained in this "craft of beauty" and can show you beautiful ways to work with these uber gorgeous shadows. Although some of the colors look pretty intense in the pan, as another reviewer noted, they can be worn as a sheer wash of color or built up to their full intensity without ever looking heavy or "over the top". For those of you who are uncomfortable with the technique of layering, don't worry about it. Just have fun and enjoy the beauty of these gems. It's perfectly OK to start with just one shade and take it from there. Once you get started, though, you'll keep coming back for more :-)

Milan very beautiful neutral brown

Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting, delicate
These eyeshadows are beautiful, filmy powders. Although 65, I am not afraid to use them (gently). They do not weigh down my delicate skin or look heavy. Milan is a soft neutral brown without red or purple undertones. Highly recommended!
