This is a quintessential ivy style trad shoe.
Burgundy looks great with my dark blue jeans.

Leather not as supple as I hoped for, but one problem that frustrates me is the stitching on the heel area. The end knot of the stitching protrudes and is able to hook the hem thread on my trouser cuff. As I walked along I lost the seam of my pants. I am trying to soften the knot so it won’t continue to do this. As for now I only wear the shoes with jeans. The belts are fine and with the value discount a great buy. All of my shoes , about nine pairs, are Allen Edmonds.

I own many other AE shoes, boots, belts, socks and shoe supply (polish, leather treatment, etc.). All very high quality and wear/work well.
