Toes are too pointy

The pair of Kenwood loafers is more pointy-toed than what is shown in the photo. The stitching on the toes seems a little misaligned, especially the right shoe, thereby causing the shoes to be more pointy-toed and to appear a little misaligned.
I would have returned them, but I read on the Allen Edmonds' site that only shoes that haven't been worn can be returned.
I have the Schreier tassel loafer and the Mcgra loafer, and the toes on these styles are fine; I love those shoes.
Because of the over-pointiness and uneven stitching of the toes on the Kenwood, they are my least favorite and least worn shoe.

Love the shoes, the sizing seems to run larger then my other shoes. I wear a 9.5 and ordered the same but shoes are way too big.
