I was EXTREMELY shocked when I stumbled across this fragrance at the mall. With all the extremely heavy & floral fragrances that Estee Lauder has out, this one was completely different. It lives up to the name "noir". Woodsy, slightly spicy, molten & so far, quite long lasting. For me, most scents fade quickly due to my dry skin & the dry climate of CA. This one seems to have longevity, which is becoming quite rare in this new age of perfumes on the market that smell great for 30 minutes to an hour, then completely vanish. I was a little upset that it only comes in 1oz & 1.7oz & not a larger size and also the only accompanying item is a lotion, no soap (I love bar soap), no body cream etc..... This is a perfect fall, winter fragrance & I only hope it doesn't get discontinued like the rest of the fragrances that became my favorites over the years. I don't think it was heavily advertised when it came out in 2010 so that can play a big factor in how well it does & therefore whether it gets discontinued or not. Try this one, you won't be disappointed!

I've been using the same perfum for years and wanted to switch it up. Tested this one on my wrist early on Saturday morning and it just wowed me! Walked the mall and at the end I just had to have it when I left. Wonderful long lasting smell. People are always asking me what I'm wearing. Lasts all day and smell fantastic! Couldn't be happier with a perfum.

I smelled this perfume on a sales associate and asked her what she was wearing and it turned out to be this Sensuous Noir, I couldn't believe the fabulous smell and when I asked if this lasted awhile the associate said it lasted so long that she could smell it even when she took her evening shower. So, of course I had to sample this at the counter and to my surprise the scent lasted all day, all night and into the next morning. I couldn't believe it! You won't be disappointed with this sexy perfume.

A spicy fragrance, perfect for cooler temperatures. Never overpowering. Good replacement for Lauder Bronze Goddess!
