I loved these boots. They were very nice which you expect from Frye but sadly they would not fit over my 18 inch calves. They are wide calf but I think they are for regular size girls with big calves and not plus size girls. I ordered a 10 and the foot part felt true to size. I would highly recommend these but only if your calf measurement is 17 or under.

I have been searching for wide calve boots for years now and have finally found them! My calves are 17 inches, so most "wide calve" or "extended calves" don't even come close to fitting. I literally squealed with joy when I tool these out and tried them on. I wore them the next day to work and was able to walk all day without needing to break them in. They're comfy, stylish, and best of all, they fit my fat calves without needing to be stretched!

These frye boots are made of a very nice leather that is comfortable at the first wear of theses boots. They are true to size, so order your size. The wide calf fits an athletic calf perfect. I am able to fit leggins and jeans in the boots without any gapping, They are costly, but worth every penny.It is so hard to find a nice wide calf boot, but these fit like a glove.
If you are on the fence about these boots, don't be. I love them

Great stylish comfortable boot. The calf was wide enough to easily tuck my jeans in. Will get a lot of use from them! I ordered an 8 1/2 which is my usual size, and they were slightly big, but with thicker socks they were perfect.
