As others have commented, I bought this shoe so that I would have a lightweight, travel walking shoe. I hate to pack my big running shoes (size 11) so feel that these will work as a nice alternative. My foot is more narrow than wide so these are a little roomy for me in the ball area of my foot and also around my ankle. However, I think I may appreciate the extra room when on my feet walking all day. I've walked around my neighborhood in them and so far so good...

I love Merrrell sneakers so much! I have 6 prs. and these are the best yet! Sturdier, better support, and still light as a feather. My "go-to" shoe for traveling anywhere or just around town running errands. Bought these in two colors.

Very comfortable shoe without the look of an athletic shoe. Merrell always makes a good fitting shoe for people with aching feet.
