This is a great year round fragrance. This is my second time purchasing it and I use it daily!

Wintery, powdery, woodsy - oh my!

Suggestion - save this for the dry/winter season. Top notes carry hints of citrus with floral properties but mid and bottom notes of powdery floral and cedar remain. What a fusion of fresh yet floral-woodsy ingredients. Please test for several hours before deciding.
After using the original Prada fragrance, I tried a sample of the then new Infusion d'Iris and have been wearung it ever since, as my signature fragrance. It smells wonderful, not too sweet or heavy like so many other popular fine fragrances. The dry down is very pleasant in the eau de parfum and it changes some in the eau de toilette to a somewhat lighter, more powdery fragrance which is great for daytime. The Orris root base note, reminiscent of the violet scent, is notably also found in five other fragrances, each one by a well-known popular designer. To me, this one is best. Interestingly, this base note ingredient is also used in a blend of herbs and spices used in Moroccan and No. African cuisine, of which I am very fond.
