I was surprised that there were so many negative reviews for these shoes. I actually have two pairs of the same shoe because I love them so much. I do have narrow feet and I ordered the regular width but they fit me like a glove. The support is amazing and I can and have worn these for hours on end.

I wear a size 8-1/2 and have always been true to size. I ordered this shoe in an 8-1/2 and could barely get my foot into it! I think even a 9 would be too small. It was either mis-marked or runs extremely small.

Naturalizer does not equal comfort

Everyone that gave these shoes a poor review was correct. The shoes were pretty narrow around the widest part of the feet! These pumps wouldn't have been so bad if the leather wasn't as hard as a rock. I was really surprised that for a shoe that specializes in comfort, these shoes were not comfortable whatsoever. I ordered the W width and a half size up just to give me more room in the shoe overall, but the shoe was too long and the leather was too hard.
