I'm 5'9" and 137 lbs. normally a size 6. The size 28 were a little too tight even for skinnys and were about 1" too short (even to wear with flats). Loved the color and fabric though.
I don't often like skinny jeans - something about the material and how they fit. But these are great. The mid-rise is flattering, the material is soft and stretchy and the dark wash is great for casual wear at work. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because I have pretty long legs (but do have hips) and these are very long on me. I will probably have to get them hemmed so they are right length. For now, they are fine in boots.
