I've been drooling over the Laura Mercier Creme de Pistache line for years online, but no stores near me carried the products, so I couldn't use the tester to find out if I actually liked the scent. I finally found a store that carried it, and as soon as I smelled the Eau de Toilette I bought it on the spot. This perfume is light and sweet, which is great for me as 95% of perfumes give me a splitting headache very quickly. It goes on strong but quickly fades out to a subtle sweetness. I'm surprised to see all the other reviews that say this perfume doesn't smell at all like the rest of the line, because to me the scents are nearly identical. I get compliments all the time on this perfume, and I love that I can wear a high-quality fragrance and not reek of musk. I definitely recommend this fragrance.

Like all of the other reviewers, this does NOT smell like the rest of the Pistache products and therefore does not compare. I tried to like it, but when you spray it on and then start to smell like woods and nuts, you must return. So that's what I did. I will continue to use Laura Mercier products, just not this one.

Who cares if the perfume doesn't smell like the lotion? They rarely do. This is one yummy scent... love it!

For years I have been addicted to the scent of LM's Creme de Pistache. I always prayed that they would make a spray in that scent. Soooo, when I heard they were actually going to make one I was so happy! I picked a bottle up the 1st day it was for sale. I didn't smell it because I just assumed that I would love it. I was so disappointed when I opened the box. The scent was nothing like Creme de Pistache. It smelled exactly like Angel gone bad! I kept thinking that if I waited a bit the smell would wear on me but everytime I spray it, I realize more and more that I can't handle its smell. Thank goodness I bought it at Nordstrom and I know that they'll take it back. I am so so sad, it had such potential!
