It is Perfume. So will smell differently on everyone--however--though I love J'adore--this I just flat-out cannot have it on me without resisting the urge to wash it off NOW. Too heavy, too cloying. And of course-on the plus side if you love it-long lasting. I suffered through wearing this because I wanted to make sure it was not me. (Some perfumes take me a while to warm up to) but no. Very nicely layered and complex, just not for me.

I sampled this one day while waiting for a friend to make her purchase. I was completely surprised as I have never liked J'adore. This new interpretation is one of the most beautiful fragrances that I have ever owned and is classic and very easy to wear. I like it so much that I have given away many of my other fine fragrances because they just aren't as lovely to wear as this one. It should also be noted that it is one of those type of fragrances that can be worn for any occasion. I hope it stays around for a long time as I will be repurchasing it after my bottle is gone.

My very first engagement with Dior's J'adore was L'or. I haven't regretted one moment. The scent is captivating, alluring, sensual and enticing.

I love the original J'adore and saw new L'or when I was shopping this weekend. I tried it on and immediately fell in love! I decided to buy it and I've already gotten a few compliments on it :) It's really a beautiful and warm fragrance that lasts all day. I can still smell the fragrance at the end of the day. J'Adore Dior!
