I tried on lots of dresses for my Mother-of-the-Groom dress. This one was so different... interesting... yet still with a classic feel... Fits slightly on the large size. Very form-fitting, but not "over-the-top" revealing. Comfortable. No cleavage. Arm coverage. It's perfect! I am excited to wear it!

Perfect and forgiving!

Prosperfect, forgiving, elegant
Mother-of-the-bride. Scary words if you're trying to buy a dress. And I'm not a perfectly formed size 00...but this is the most amazing garment I've ever worn. You'd never in a million years even consider it, just hanging on the rack. It looks like something you'd need architectural underpinnings to wear. BUT -- it's sort of magical. Just skims over anything that you might consider a figure flaw, and the asymmetrical, slightly off-the-shoulder neckline and elbow-length sleeves spotlight your graceful shoulders (they are graceful, trust me) and just camouflage that impossible upper arm area. You'd think the close fit would do bad things for your thighs and bottom, but again -- magic. Snug and defining in only the best way. I bought it in black first and then went back and got an indigo. Now I'm set for, like, ever.

Prettier than the picture

I ordered this dress for a formal occasion in the dead of winter. It appealed to me because of the sleeves as I am always cold. I was a bit sceptic that this dress would look nice on me, but it is much prettier on than the picture shows. The 6 petite fits very nicely and all the ruching flatters the wearer of the form fitting dress. I am 5 ft 5 and the petite size was still pretty long, but was acceptable with high heels.

I love the way this dress fit me and the color is perfect for our candlelit ceremony! I'm a bigger gal and with a pair of spanx and the right bra I had a beautiful hour glass figure. Also the train was the right touch for the wedding. I'm so excitede!
